Executive - Customer Support

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fintech Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service, effective communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, account-related issues, and technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our Fintech products and services.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates to better assist customers.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Shift Rotation:
The role requires a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous support coverage. Team members will be assigned to different shifts to cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Public Holidays:
The Customer Support team follows the public holidays observed in Malaysia. Team members may be required to work on public holidays as part of the shift rotation schedule.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to a 24/7 shift rotation schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
